About Wanda
Self-taught. Puerto Rican. 10+ years of homemade tradition.
A Passion Baked from Scratch
Wanda is a self-taught baker from Puerto Rico who discovered her love of baking over a decade ago and never looked back. With no formal training — just curiosity, patience, and a lot of practice — she taught herself to make the desserts she grew up loving, starting with a classic flan recipe and growing from there.
Today, Wanda specializes in homemade flan, tres leches, and mousse, always working to expand her skills and try new flavors. Every holiday season, she also makes her coquito, a Puerto Rican coconut eggnog that's become a tradition among her family and customers.
Every dessert is made from scratch, in small batches, with the same care she'd put into baking for her own family — because that's exactly how it started.
